Renovating your Cambridge home

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with APD. Sara responded quickly not just at the time of my inquiry, but at every step throughout the process. She supported with calls to talk through questions, videos from onsite, and regular updates. Her teams did exceptional work and she worked with them to meet our very ambitious timeline. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and this experience beats them all by a long shot.

Sarah and the team built our new balcony on a second floor apartment in Newton, MA. We couldn't be happier with the quality, and execution of the work! We highly her and the team!

Sara and Stan created my dream galley kitchen. They listened carefully to what I wanted, and creatively solved issues that came up. APD stayed with my project until everything was completed to my delight. Highly recommend Sara and Stan and their crew.

American Precision Developers are an amazing team to work with! Sara and Stan fixed an issue in our bathroom while minimizing costs and installed beautiful custom cabinets to give us additional storage. Communication was great the entire time. We will definitely use American Precision Developers again in the future!

American Precision renovated a bathroom for us in Cambridge. Sara and Stan were amazing to work with and we love our new master bathroom.

New walk in shower. Complete. On time, very clean each day. Took care to repaint, fixed little anomalies in the exhaust. We just love our new bathroom!!

I engaged APD to renovate a bathroom in my mom's condo. It had a shower/tub combo from the 1980s and I wanted to make it safer for her. We gutted the bathroom and installed a walk-in shower along with new vanity, fan, medicine cabinet, and lighting. Sara is highly professional and detail-oriented. The job was done on time! She was patient with my mom's many questions and concerns along the way. I appreciated the straightforward pricing. I have done a lot of home renovations and felt the pricing was fair.

I own a very old Cambridge home and have had a need for a more accommodating bathroom for someone my age. I am quite happy to have found American Precision Developers to meet my needs. Sara and Stan were excellent to work with. Daily consultation while the work was being done made for a smooth transition of the bath from "ancient" to one that is safe and beautiful. The work did take a couple of weeks but the crew was efficient and considerate of the need to keep the adjacent kitchen usable while the work was being done. Follow up to correct a couple of very minor items was done promptly. These two photos show the before and after of the bathroom. I highly recommend APD.

We have used American Precision for several jobs now and have been very pleased with the finished product each time. They have been timely, thorough and professional. We’ve had both inside and outside work done by them. We live in an attached townhouse with a shared walkway and when Stan and his team from American Precision worked outside, they were very respectful of our neighbors and did a complete and thorough cleanup at the end of each day. I definitely recommend Sara and Stan at American Precision.

Had such a great experience working with Sara and team. Communication was super clear from the start, expectations were upfront, and everything was done right on time, no delays at all! They always showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and were really friendly throughout the whole project. I loved working with them and will definitely be using them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Sara/Stan of American Precision and their whole team are a total pleasure to work with. We had a complete kitchen remodel down to the studs and the final result exceeded our expectations. Having been involved with home renovations in my younger years I can say that they have the knowledge and skills to do high quality work. They will listen to your vision/ideas and sometimes suggest options you might not have thought of. No time is wasted , the job was completed in a timely manner. I would give American Precision an A+ !

Sara and Stan are a great team to work with! They converted a bathroom with bathtub and made it into one with a walk-in shower. They understood the needs for my father-in-law who needed grab bars and low thresholds. They also understood the TIMING. Sara managed the permit stuff with the city; Stan managed the work crews. Right on schedule! (photos will be posted soon)

I would highly recommend American Precision Developers. We chose to use them to update both of our bathrooms and kitchen and they made the experience so easy and enjoyable. They stuck to our budget and worked quickly and efficiently, no delays! They even added in some quality details like new outlet covers that we didn’t expect. Sara and team were very responsive and flexible throughout the experience.

Sara and Stan were a dream to work with. They actualized all of my ideas and did an exceptional job with my bathroom! I highly recommend and will be using the team again for my next project.

Sara and Stan are the best! We love American Precision Developers. Our first project with them was to enclose our front entry way and it was a huge success (see the photos). The craftsmanship is excellent and the team is super responsive. Since then, we have had Sara, Stan, and their team do extensive indoor painting, install a radon remediation system, and are currently working on plans for some remodeling. They always show up when they are scheduled, are easy to reach via email, and are ready to answer any questions. It's great to work with a contractor where the owners regularly stop by the job site to check in and make sure the project is going well. We've worked with others and never had this type of customer service and responsiveness before. Their quotes are always reasonable and they finish projects on time. We've passed their info along to many friends who have all been extremely satisfied with their work.

My husband and I hired Sara & Stan of American Precision Developers to install a Hood/vent, create a custom cabinet and frosted glass cabinet doors for our 3rd floor, roof-top condo. They were professional. Their crew has an excellent work ethic. They showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner. Came in on budget . What I liked best was their open-minded creativity.

Th APD team did an amazing job with our home renovation. They are full service and were able to do all parts of the job for our kitchen, bathrooms, and living space renovation. They were very fast with permits and got the job done on a tight timeline. We would certainly use their services again.

My newly renovated deck has been transformed into a gorgeous outdoor living area. The newly renovated bathroom is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend American Precision Developers for all your remodeling needs. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely hire again.

Kitchen and bath Reno, painting, floor refinishing, they did it all! Beautiful job, work was done on time and on budget. Great team, professional and very neat. I highly recommend American Precision!

Had an excellent experience working with Sara and Stan the heart and soul of APD. We had a very difficult space to accommodate the installation of a stove hood and tiled backsplash. The solutions that were envisioned and then flawlessly executed exceeded all expectations. Crew was professional; polite and respectful of working in someones home. In all: highly recommended.

We just had our bathroom remodel done by American Precision Developers and they did an amazing job from start to finish. We were away for the week and when we returned, the entire job was done, on time, exactly as planned. Sara and her team communicated clearly and consistently, were always responsive, very professional, and highly competent. We could not recommend them more enthusiastically. They delivered and were a pleasure to work with. Worth every penny.

We had the pleasure to work with American Precision Developers over the last 2-3 years. They worked on three separate large projects: (1) a main-level kitchen, dining and living room remodel, (2) basement water damage restoration and mudroom rebuilt (3) bathroom, primary bedroom and family room remodel. Both Sara and Estenio listened carefully to our needs and preferences and offered suggestions based on their experience and desire to provide a high-quality finished product. The craftsmanship and attention to details in the finished spaces are truly impressive. On the main level they transformed a boxy layout into a modern, open-concept kitchen, dining and living room. The bathroom, primary bedroom and family room are now beautiful functional spaces tailored to our needs. APD did a great job on waterproofing and finishing the basement and mud room that are now inviting and well-designed spaces. APD has an amazing team. We highly recommend them !
