Sara and Stan are the best! We love American Precision Developers. Our first project with them was to enclose our front entry way and it was a huge success (see the photos). The craftsmanship is excellent and the team is super responsive. Since then, we have had Sara, Stan, and their team do extensive indoor painting, install a radon remediation system, and are currently working on plans for some remodeling. They always show up when they are scheduled, are easy to reach via email, and are ready to answer any questions. It's great to work with a contractor where the owners regularly stop by the job site to check in and make sure the project is going well. We've worked with others and never had this type of customer service and responsiveness before. Their quotes are always reasonable and they finish projects on time. My husband and I hired Sara & Stan of American Precision Developers to install a Hood/vent,  create a custom cabinet and frosted glass cabinet doors for our 3rd floor, roof-top condo. They were professional.  Their crew has an excellent work ethic.  They showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner.   Came in on budget . Th APD team did an amazing job with our home renovation. They are full service and were able to do all parts of the job for our kitchen, bathrooms, and living space renovation. Had an excellent experience working with Sara and Stan the heart and soul of APD. We had a very difficult space to accommodate the installation of a stove hood and tiled backsplash. The solutions that were envisioned and then flawlessly executed exceeded all expectations. Crew was professional; polite and respectful of working in someones home. We had the pleasure to work with American Precision Developers over the last 2-3 years. They worked on three separate large projects: (1) a main-level kitchen, dining and living room remodel, (2) basement water damage restoration and mudroom rebuilt (3) bathroom, primary bedroom and family room remodel. Both Sara and Estenio listened carefully to our needs and preferences and offered suggestions based on their experience and desire to provide a high-quality finished product. The craftsmanship and attention to details in the finished spaces are truly impressive. On the main level they transformed a boxy layout into a modern, open-concept kitchen, dining and living room. The bathroom, primary bedroom and family room are now beautiful functional spaces tailored to our needs. APD did a great job on waterproofing and finishing the basement and mud room that are now inviting and well-designed spaces. APD has an amazing team. We highly recommend them !
