She supported with calls to talk through questions, videos from onsite, and regular updates. Her teams did exceptional work and she worked with them to meet our very ambitious timeline. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and this experience beats them all by a long shot.

I engaged APD to renovate a bathroom in my mom's condo. It had a shower/tub combo from the 1980s and I wanted to make it safer for her. We gutted the bathroom and installed a walk-in shower along with new vanity, fan, medicine cabinet, and lighting. Sara is highly professional and detail-oriented. The job was done on time! She was patient with my mom's many questions and concerns along the way. I appreciated the straightforward pricing. I have done a lot of home renovations and felt the pricing was fair.

I own a very old Cambridge home and have had a need for a more accommodating bathroom for someone my age. I am quite happy to have found American Precision Developers to meet my needs. Sara and Stan were excellent to work with. Daily consultation while the work was being done made for a smooth transition of the bath from "ancient" to one that is safe and beautiful. The work did take a couple of weeks but the crew was efficient and considerate of the need to keep the adjacent kitchen usable while the work was being done. Follow up to correct a couple of very minor items was done promptly. These two photos show the before and after of the bathroom. I highly recommend APD.

We have used American Precision for several jobs now and have been very pleased with the finished product each time. They have been timely, thorough and professional. We’ve had both inside and outside work done by them. We live in an attached townhouse with a shared walkway and when Stan and his team from American Precision worked outside, they were very respectful of our neighbors and did a complete and thorough cleanup at the end of each day. Sara/Stan of American Precision and their whole team are a total pleasure to work with. We had a complete kitchen remodel down to the studs and the final result exceeded our expectations. Having been involved with home renovations in my younger years I can say that they have the knowledge and skills to do high quality work. They will listen to your vision/ideas and sometimes suggest options you might not have thought of. No time is wasted , the job was completed in a timely manner. Sara and Stan are a great team to work with! They converted a bathroom with bathtub and made it into one with a walk-in shower. They understood the needs for my father-in-law who needed grab bars and low thresholds. They also understood the TIMING. Sara managed the permit stuff with the city; Stan managed the work crews. Sara and Stan are the best! We love American Precision Developers. Our first project with them was to enclose our front entry way and it was a huge success (see the photos). The craftsmanship is excellent and the team is super responsive. Since then, we have had Sara, Stan, and their team do extensive indoor painting, install a radon remediation system, and are currently working on plans for some remodeling. They always show up when they are scheduled, are easy to reach via email, and are ready to answer any questions. It's great to work with a contractor where the owners regularly stop by the job site to check in and make sure the project is going well. We've worked with others and never had this type of customer service and responsiveness before. Their quotes are always reasonable and they finish projects on time. We've passed their info along to many friends who have all been extremely satisfied with their work.

My husband and I hired Sara & Stan of American Precision Developers to install a Hood/vent, create a custom cabinet and frosted glass cabinet doors for our 3rd floor, roof-top condo. They were professional. Their crew has an excellent work ethic. They showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner. Came in on budget . What I liked best was their open-minded creativity.

Th APD team did an amazing job with our home renovation. They are full service and were able to do all parts of the job for our kitchen, bathrooms, and living space renovation. They were very fast with permits and got the job done on a tight timeline. We would certainly use their services again.

Had an excellent experience working with Sara and Stan the heart and soul of APD. We had a very difficult space to accommodate the installation of a stove hood and tiled backsplash. The solutions that were envisioned and then flawlessly executed exceeded all expectations. Crew was professional; polite and respectful of working in someones home. In all: highly recommended.
